In the Summer Season (July-August), it is the optimal time to explore Lhasa. The weather is warm, and the city comes alive. However, be prepared for occasional cool nights. Likewise in the Winter Season (November-March): If you’re on a budget, this could be a wise choice. Lhasa is less crowded, and you can find better deals. Though, it can get chilly.
