In fact, you can easily organize a day of rafting trip for your co-workers, friends, family or group. The day will be fun and the trust bond made will last for a long time.

Riders wear helmets and life jackets for safety. However, it is rewarding to keep an eye out for yourself and your team mates just in case someone needs a helping hand.

Rafting is a challenging adventure. The mountainous module of Nepal flows its ice into glaciers and eventually high current rivers.

These rivers, with lots of twists, turns and falls, create rapids and currents loved by water enthusiasts all over the world.

Trishuli and Bhote Koshi are the two most popular rafting destinations in Nepal. Broadly speaking, Trishuli is classified as less challenging than Bhote Koshi.

However, there are many more reasons to choose one over the another. In fact, both rivers are equally popular among adventurers.

Choosing the best River

Trishuli River originates in Langtang Region and is easily accessible from Kathmandu. Trishuli River is also famous for Kayaking along with Rafting. Trishuli River Rafting can be combined with trips extending outside Kathmandu. For eg. rafting activity between Kathmandu to Pokhara, Chitwan or even Lumbini.

On the other hand, Bhote Koshi might be a good choice to combine with a bungee jump, swing and other thrilling activities in the Last Resort, east of Kathmandu.
